扬声器坏了，自己换吧
有可能是手机问题，重启所有设置就行
要么就是越狱后出bug了，然后的硬件冲突或者你重启尝试一下，如果说都不行的话，那就是扬声器坏了，这年头没有人买4S的扬声器了，建议你直接去买机子吧，现在扬声器一个都比一个机子贵
我也有过，音量键没反应
并非哪里不工作就哪里坏，检查不插耳机的时候能否调节音量，如果能调节且不显示耳机，才是喇叭/排线/功放IC坏，如果调节不了音量，就是底座输出误触发了，清理尾插即可，集体原因不再赘述，参考楼上一层我的回复。玩机的时候，切不可头疼医头、脚痛医脚，不要只观察表面现象，要做到把能想到的都想到。
